ByOsmosis includes value-added support in every hosting package. Please feel free to contact the Support Team (support@byosmosis.com) to ask a question about your existing or future account.

    BASIC - Software includes Apache, PHP, Perl, and MySQL Database. Two shell or ftp user accounts. Support includes e-mail support, our extensive and helpful FAQ system and the Community Wiki discussion area.

    WIKI - Software includes the BASIC software package and choice of WIKI or Blogging software, fully installed and functional. Three shell or ftp user accounts. Support includes the BASIC support package and two hours of Stylization and Customization of the Wiki installs.

    SUPER - Sotware includes the WIKI software. Ten shell or ftp user accounts. Support includes the BASIC support package and four hours of Stylization and Customization of the Wiki installs, custom web design or custom Mail and DNS configuration.

    ECOMM - This package is for customers who will build their own e-commerce site or for second and subsequent years of fully-hosted e-commerce solutions. Software includes E-commerce software fully installed and functional. Support includes e-mail support, our extensive and helpful FAQ system and the Community Wiki discussion area.

    ESILVER - This is a fully-hosted E-commerce software and support package. Software includes E-commerce software fully installed and functional. Support includes the ECOMM support package and four hours of Stylization and Customization of the E-commerce install, custom web design or custom administrative configuration.

    EGOLD - This is a fully-hosted E-commerce software and support package. Software includes E-commerce software fully installed and functional. Support includes the ECOMM support package and an additional four hours of Stylization and Customization of the E-commerce install, custom web design or custom administrative configuration. Support also includes up to one full hour a month of ongoing support. Monthly support hours are used or forfeited, they do not accrue.
